This Open Day seminar covered recent global case law on transfer pricing and intragroup financing and reviewed how courts have been applying the OECD guidance in practice, notably placing renewed emphasis on credit risk analysis, the burden of proof, comparability and robust documentation. Courts are challenging superficial analyses and demanding rigorous, evidence-based approaches to support positions under scrutiny.
