You finish a long CFA or FRM calculation, accidentally clear the screen…and think you have to calculate everything again.

Not necessarily.

On the BA II Plus, press:

2nd → ANS

to recall the last computed answer. Texas Instruments specifically documents this as the calculator's Last Answer (ANS) feature.

Useful when one calculation feeds into the next, or when you've simply cleared the display by mistake.
